Checking-out is safe secure and clear with GemSelect.

GemSelect accepts the following online payment options:

Secure Credit and Debit Card Payments via PayPal

  • PayPal accepts all major credit and bank/debit cards.
  • PayPal is simple to set up and only requires a first name, last name, email, a form of payment, and password.
  • To utilize this option add the credit or debit card of your choice to your PayPal account.
  • Once your account is setup select the PayPal option for checkout, and you will be directed your account to complete your payment via PayPal.

PayPal

  • Pay directly with your PayPal funds through your account.
  • PayPal can also use funds from your banking information such as checking and routing number (no card required)

Credit Card via Kasikorn Bank (Our Merchant Bank)

  • Our bank payment system accepts MasterCard, Visa, and JCB.
  • Attention American Customers:
    - Many American card issuers will block payments attempts via 'Kasikorn Check-Out' due to the location of the bank.
    - If you wish to use the 'Kasikorn Check-Out' method as an American customer, you may need to contact your bank and inform them about the transaction before checking out.

Western Union

  • You must complete payment within seven days.
  • If we do not receive the money, we will release the items you have reserved.
  • When paying by Western Union transfer, please email us the unique money transaction number (MTN #) for your transfer.
  • We must receive payments through Western Union in US dollars or our local currency THB 'Thai Baht.' (if you would like to use THB, please contact us for the current THB exchange rate total)
  • Transfer fees must not be deducted from the received amount.
  • Again with this payment method, please ensure that GemSelect receives the full payment amount for the order, listed as the 'total' on your invoice in USD.

Bank Wire Transfer - SWIFT International Tansfer

  • You must complete payment within seven days.
  • If we do not receive the money, we will release the items you have reserved.
  • When paying by direct bank transfer, please email us the bank transfer reference code once you have initiated the payment.
  • GemSelect must receive payments by bank transfer in US dollars.
  • Do not deduct transfer fees from the total amount.
  • Again with this payment method, please ensure that GemSelect gets the full payment amount for the order, listed as the 'total' on your invoice in USD.

GemSelect does not accept the following forms of payment

  • Cash
  • Credit Cards Over the Phone

    To protect your personal financial information GemSelect uses third-party agencies to process all payments for orders.
  • Crypto or Virtual Currencies

For your financial safety and security GemSelect has the following security measures

How to Trouble Shoot a Declined Payment

Here are a few steps we recommend taking if you're having trouble due to declining payment:

  • Confirm the digits of your credit or debit card number, expiration date, billing address, and telephone number are correct in your account.
    Note: Sometimes your billing address and phone number must align with the ones that are on your credit or debit card.

  • Contact your bank.
    Note: Check to ensure your daily withdrawal or purchasing limits aren't interfering with the transaction.
    Declined payments may be due to these types of limitations.
    After contacting your bank for clarification and or authorization, you should begin the checkout process again.

Additional Details and Information

Once your order is complete, you'll receive confirmation on-screen and by email. The on-screen confirmation will provide you with your customer account log-in details, which you can use to access your order history, as well as your shipping and tracking information.

Please Note: Payments are in US dollars, therefore when selecting a currency other than USD, the actual charge in your local currency may differ from the total shown on our website; thus, PayPal or your bank will apply their exchange rates to convert the currency to USD.

GemSelect will only charge the total amount shown in US dollars. The amount from your shopping cart and the amount listed in the check-out confirmation are what you will pay. Your bank card, credit card, or debit card may have additional fees.
